Enterprise Medical is partnering with a well-established outpatient practice with a loyal patient panel and a strong sense of team and community to add an Internal Medicine physician to their growing team in Northwest Illinois.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-only practice supported by hospitalist service.
- Established practice with a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs
- Predictable clinic hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexible scheduling for work–life harmony
- Salary range: $290,000-$315,000
- Signing bonus and additional incentive opportunities
- Comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO starting Day One, dedicated well-being time, CME time and dollars, occurrence-based malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, student loan support, and a comprehensive health and retirement package.
