Position Highlights
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with standard clinic hours
- Patient-focused practice with 36 hours of direct patient care weekly
- Small-group environment with strong community ties
- Mixed payer model: 65% capitated / 35% fee-for-service
- Robust base plus wRVU and quality incentives
