We are affiliated with Yale New Haven Hospital, and we pride ourselves on high-quality medical care unparalleled in the region. In 2014, the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognized the providers for delivering high-quality care to our patients with diabetes and heart disease.
About the Opportunity:
- Flexible work schedule
- Call averages every 8-12 weeks
- Ultrasound and laboratory services are available on-site
- The average daily patient census per Provider is about 20 patients
