Job description
A federally qualified health center with 10 locations along South Carolina’s beautiful coast is expanding its Internal Medicine services to meet rising community demand. Physicians enjoy an outpatient-only practice, working from one office within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)-recognized setting, all while serving a vibrant and growing coastal population.
About the opportunity:
- 1:1 MA ratio. Call is every 20 weeks. Nurses take first call
- 36 clinical hours per week with no nights or weekends
- The average daily patient census is about 18
- Telehealth visits are built into your schedule
- Medical Student Teaching
- On-site pharmacy, lab, radiology
- Panel size 1200-1300
Compensation/Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary plus a signing bonus and a fully loaded benefits plan
- 3 loan repayment programs
- 120 hours of PTO for the first 3 years, then increases to 200 hours
