Position Highlights:
- 7 on/7 off Days (can discuss if you prefer nights)
- Only 1:3 Hospitalists need to stay at hospital for whole shift. Rotate who gets to leave after 6 hours or so.
- Open ICU but onsite Intensivist during days to cover ICU call first
- 10-12 census each shift
- Intubations/lines not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $250,000 Base Salary plus RVU Production
- Sign-on Bonus

- 1 Week of PTO- can moonlight for other hospitalists' time off for additional pay
