• Work alongside certified nurse midwives in a collaborative care model
• Maintain 2:1 doctor coverage ratio ensuring optimal patient care and work-life balance
• Handle all aspects of inpatient obstetric care including labor management and delivery services
• Provide emergency obstetric care and consultation services
• Support 172 hours per week of CNM coverage within the department
• Participate in multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
