Opportunity:
Hospital Medicine Physician

Join a collaborative team of five hospital medicine physicians and a dedicated medical director serving a small acute care hospital. This is an opportunity to practice meaningful, full-spectrum inpatient medicine while playing an integral role in the hospital’s operations and community impact.

Details:

  • 7-on/7-off schedule with flexible options available

  • Open ICU setting with minimal subspecialty support

  • Must be comfortable managing ICU patients and ventilators (no procedures required)

  • Integral partner within the hospital community, including committee and leadership involvement

  • Supportive team culture with strong collaboration and social connection outside of work

  • Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine candidates considered with hospitalist experience)

Compensation:

  • Annual compensation ranging from $330,00-$340,000 depending on shift commitment, plus incentives

  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice with tail coverage
