Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 7 on 7 off day shift only with 24 days of PTO
- Desirable Practice Setting: 9 Family Medicine trained providers with APP and resident support
- Favorable Call Schedule: Only 4 days of call a month, never back to back days

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Guaranteed Salary based on experience
- Additional Bonus Incentives: 10% of total base salary paid quarterly
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
