Optimum has partnered with a hospital in northern Virginia, just 30 minutes from Washington, D.C., that has an opening for a Section Chief of Benign Hematology to lead their team.

About the Position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Call Requirement: Every 4th or 5th weekend, 1-2 holidays per year, and 1-2 night shifts per month
- Fellows take first call
- Case Types: 100% benign hematology
- Academic opportunities available
- 3 Hematologists on the Benign Hematology team
- 9 Hematology Oncology fellows rotating in the system
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Prior director experience preferred
