Practice in a state-of-the-art regional cancer center backed by a FACT-accredited BMT and CAR T-cell program, an active clinical trials institute, and connected care across every site. Position Highlights:
- Four-day clinical week plus a protected admin day

- Partner with an experienced APP and on-site Radiation Oncologist

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $700,000 base salary
- Starting Bonus: $100,000, paid within 45 days of start
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
- Retirement: 403(b) with 50% match up to 6% of pay, plus an annual 3% core contribution
- Employer-paid malpractice coverage
- PTO: 240 hours, front-loaded, plus 7 paid holidays
- Professional Development: $2,500 annual CME allowance
- Relocation assistance up to $12,000
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Licensure: Unrestricted Michigan medical license (or eligible)
- Confident managing a broad general hematology-oncology practice across disease sites
- Strong communicator who builds relationships with patients and the care team
- Experienced physicians and fellowship graduates welcome
