Still love Gynecology but ready to leave the deliveries behind? Join an established outpatient GYN practice designed around work/life separation — predictable days, minimal after-hours responsibility, and the ability to focus on patient care without bringing work home with you.

Build your practice around office-based Gynecology and procedures, with surgery available for physicians who want to maintain it — but no OR requirement.

Position Highlights

• 100% GYN, No OB: No deliveries, L&D coverage, scheduled nights, or weekends
• 4 Clinical Days: 32 patient-facing hours with protected administrative time
• Clinic-Only Option: Focus on routine GYN, contraception, menopause care, screenings, IUDs, Nexplanon, colposcopy, and other office procedures
• Very Light Call: Primarily telephonic with centralized triage support
• Flexible Surgical Component: Continue limited GYN surgery if desired, including hysterectomy, without building your schedule around the OR
• Meaningful Patient Population: Provide inclusive GYN care within an organization with deep roots in LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming healthcare
• Strong Clinical Support: EPIC, scribe availability, dedicated clinical staff, centralized triage, and on-site ultrasound

Compensation

• Competitive guaranteed annual base salary

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experienced OB/GYNs interested in transitioning away from obstetrics are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable providing inclusive care to a diverse patient population
• J-1 visa support available
