Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a hospital in Southern California with the recruitment of a BC/BE Gastroenterologist. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule with two days dedicated to procedures in the OR and three days of clinic time. The practice is open to general gastroenterologists as well as those with advanced training in ERCP and EUS.
Opportunity Highlights

- Flexible mix of clinic and procedural responsibilities
- Two compensation options:
- 1099 Contract: $764,000 annually
- Employed with Benefits: $682,300 annually, plus benefits through the organization
- Incentive compensation of $82 per wRVU above 9,470 annually for both compensation models
- Seven days of call included in base compensation; additional call paid through a separate call contract
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance
- Four weeks of PTO
- One week of CME
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- Cerner EMR
- Approximately one month for credentialing
