Practice Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Work 12 days per month; choose 7-on/7-off or 2-on/2-off block schedule
- Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital-based GI practice with established patient panel
- Culture & Support: 3 NPs, each with 10+ years of GI experience + 2 LPNs + 3 MAs

- Optimal Patient Volume: Turnkey practice with immediate volume and a strong referral base
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $770,674 Guaranteed Base Salary
- Production Incentive: Uncapped RVU-based Production Incentive
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 relocation stipend

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
