Practice Opportunity
- The Health system currently has 39 sites.
- Care teams include physicians and health coaches who treat a medically complex patient population.
- New physicians can expect to see 12-15 patients per day, Monday-Friday, utilizing an internally designed EMR.
- The capitated system offers a generous base salary and robust benefits package, including occurrence malpractice and equity position.
