A growing academic health system in Southwest Michigan is seeking Family Medicine Core Faculty to join an established community-based residency program. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys teaching and mentorship while maintaining an active clinical practice. Position Highlights:
- Teach & Mentor: Work closely with approximately 18 Family Medicine residents in both clinical and structured educational settings.
- Clinical Flexibility: Blend outpatient and inpatient Family Medicine, with an outpatient-focused schedule also available.
- Protected Academic Time: Dedicated weekly time for didactics, education, research, and scholarly activity.
- Outstanding Lifestyle: No overnight call; weekend coverage is shared on a rotating basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Approximately $249,000 to $315,000 based on academic rank
- Additional Earning Potential: Additional compensation available for qualifying Sports Medicine and OB interests.
- Professional Development: Five paid professional development days plus annual funding for CME, licensure, certifications, and professional societies.
