JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice. The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients across a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
The provider will practice in a fully outpatient setting utilizing Athena EHR and work collaboratively with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
PRACTICE DETAILS:
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Schedule options:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Athena EHR
- Four-day orientation and training
- Established clinic environment
- Potential for assignment extension
REQUIREMENTS:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Previous clinical experience required
- New graduates will not be considered
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Athena EHR experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Perform preventive care and health screenings
- Manage chronic diseases and ongoing patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Athena EHR
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
