100% Outpatient
Position Highlights:
- Patient Population: Ability to see newborns through Geriatrics or Adult-only practice available.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility.
- No call, weekends, or evenings!
- Practice Support: AI scribes, APPs, and Epic EMR
- Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Ability to transition into a Medical Director role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive Financial Package: Guaranteed base, RVU bonus, quality bonus and clinical profit sharing
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000
- Cell Phone Allowance: $600 annually
- Paid Time Off: Approximately 55 paid days off per year
- Retirement: 5.14% employer contribution to the 403(b)/Optional Retirement Plan
Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics
- Experienced physicians and new graduates considered, including 2026 and 2027 graduates
- Spanish bilingual ability highly desired
