OUTPATIENT FAMILY PRACTICE

Position Highlights:
- Accepting Family Practice or Internal Medicine: Newborns through Geriatrics or Adult-only practice available
- Weekdays Only: Standard outpatient practice, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility
- No Call: Enjoy true work/life balance with no weekends and no evenings
- Medical Student Teaching: Option to incorporate clinical teaching and mentorship into your outpatient practice
- Dual Physician Households: Support for dual-physician recruitment and physician spouse employment
- Practice Support: AI scribes, APPs, and Epic EMR
- Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Ability to transition into a Medical Director role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive Financial Package: Guaranteed base, RVU bonus, quality bonus, and clinical profit sharing

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics
- Experienced physicians and new graduates considered, including 2026 and 2027 graduates
- Spanish bilingual ability highly desired
