Primary Care Physician

A healthcare network in New York City is seeking a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join one of its primary care practices in Brooklyn. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a technology-enabled environment with a collaborative clinical team.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 32 to 35 hours of patient care per week
• Setting: In-person

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits
• Provide care in office, in testing centers, and through occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing professional learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to support coordinated care
• Perform in-office procedures aligned with clinical training and supervise NP or PA colleagues as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2 of the last 5 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
• Accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency completed or in progress
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within one year of the start date
• State medical license obtained by the start date
