Tandym Group was founded as The Execu|Search Group in 1985 as an accounting and finance recruitment company. Since then, we’ve experienced exponential growth—expanding into new markets, growing our areas of expertise, and building our team to over 300 talented people across the U.S.
To better reflect how we are empowering our partners’ growth in business and their careers, we rebranded as Tandym Group in 2022.
