We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a community health center setting.
Job Responsibilities
Provide preventive care and health education.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain.
DEA certification.
Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine experience required.
Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or underserved population setting preferred.
