Tribal Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services at a federally supported Tribal health clinic. The clinic offers integrated primary care, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, and care coordination services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings and annual wellness visits
• Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and asthma
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care coordination teams
• Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
• Active Rhode Island medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Previous outpatient or community health experience preferred
• Indian Health Service, Tribal Health, FQHC, or rural health experience is a plus
