• Optimal Patient Volume: Typical schedule of 12–16 patients per day with protected administrative time to focus on patient follow-up and care coordination.
• Ideal Work Environment: State-of-the-art outpatient clinic with onsite CT, X-ray, mammography, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, dental, optometry, and collaborative pediatric support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience with additional earning potential through quality incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
• Experience: New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Practice Interest: Passion for full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine and continuity of care
