We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team. This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where you'll care for patients across the lifespan while working alongside behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and specialty care teams.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, physical exams, and health screenings
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate whole-person care
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
Participate in two Saturday clinics per month and one evening clinic each week
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active California Medical License (or eligible)
DEA registration and BLS certification
Experience with Electronic Health Records
Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities

Working Hours
• Monday–Friday schedule
• One evening clinic per week (11:00 AM–7:30 PM)
• Two Saturday clinics per month
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No hospital call or rounding
