Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative healthcare team serving patients across the lifespan. This position offers a mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities with opportunities to participate in urgent care and hospital-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop preventive care and wellness plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary providers
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Support continuity of care across outpatient and inpatient settings
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
