Job Responsibilities
- Provide common-sense, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages in a relationship-based DPC model.
- Take care of your panel like you would your own people—taking time for listening, thinking, teaching, and following through.
- Use longer visit times to actually solve problems, not just manage a queue.
- Communicate with patients through visits, messaging, and phone in a way that feels human, not scripted.
- Collaborate with a small, capable team to continuously improve how we care for patients.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license, or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Current DEA registration in good standing
**Preferred**
- Enjoys collaborating with advanced practice clinicians (APRNs/PAs) as part of a small, integrated team
- Comfortable caring for children and adults and enjoys family-centered care
- Interested in using technology, including AI tools, to make primary care more efficient and more personal
- Open to growth and improvement—for yourself, your team, and the way primary care is delivered
Working Hours
- Rotating, low-volume after-hours call shared with other providers (about 1 week every 4–6 weeks), mostly phone/virtual—no hospital call.
Skills
- Applies sound clinical judgment and evidence-based care, especially in an outpatient primary care setting
- Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and teammates, in person and through messaging/phone
- Comfortable with lean, purposeful documentation and using an EMR/tech tools without letting them run the visit
- Works well in a small, low-drama team and contributes positively to culture and workflow
