Physician (MD/DO) - Primary Care
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician provides comprehensive primary care services, ensuring high-quality patient care across Ampla Health clinic locations.Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $247,500 - $371,300 annually
- $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 5 years)

Job Responsibilities
Provide preventive care and manage a panel of primary care patients.
Deliver in-person and virtual care via phone and video visits.
Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical support staff.
Review diagnostic tests, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Stay current with medical advancements and clinical best practices.
Qualifications
Completion of an approved internship/residency program.
Active California Physician & Surgeon License.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Current CPR certification.
Commitment to serving diverse patient populations.
Working Hours
Monday through Friday 8a - 5p
Eligible for 4 x 10s once patient panel is built
