Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient care with a primarily adult and geriatric patient population
• Dedicated MA or LPN support and Cerner EMR with AI-assisted documentation
• Access to an established network of hospital, imaging, surgical, and specialty services
• Full-time preferred; part-time schedules considered
• Monday–Friday office hours with four hours of administrative time for providers working at least 24 hours weekly
• Telephone-only call with low reported call volume
• Average volume of 22–24 patients per day
• Opportunity for compensated APP supervision as the practice grows

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $230,000–$260,000, plus performance incentives of up to $40,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Student loan assistance available
• Additional compensation for call and assigned APP supervision
• Full-time benefits include 30 days PTO, paid holidays, CME time and allowance
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage, paid licensing expenses, and medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Resident stipend available during the six months before starting
