Family Practice Physician (All Ages)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic medical conditions
- Perform physical exams, health assessments, and age-appropriate screenings
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and health education
- Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with clinical staff and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible medical license in [State]
- Current DEA registration
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
