New Healthcare Solutions was founded in 2015 by Rao Vallabhaneni, who has successfully provided world-class consultants since 1997. It’s not every day you find a staffing agency president who has also served as a director of a pharmaceuticals company and worked in cancer research. This unique background in the sciences gives Rao the analytical skills necessary to run a successful business.
Rao is the President and driving force behind New Healthcare Solutions. He had a fellowship at Harvard Medical School, was a faculty member at Washington University Medical School, and also was a director for a major pharmaceutical firm. Rao is recognized as an educated businessman and a true leader in the staffing industry, with over 27 years of experience in staffing and consulting. He understands the benefits of validating skills and experience with thorough talent checks and reviews, and how qualified consultants can successfully apply healthcare services for our clients.
