A primary care clinic in northern Vermont that provides comprehensive health care for patients of all ages with services spanning family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The practice offers preventive care, diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions, routine check-ups, immunizations, and wellness services, aiming to support long-term health for individuals and families in the community.
About the opportunity:
- Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 day work week
- Total outpatient
- Infrequent call
- Team of 3 Physicians and several NPs and part of a larger network
- Daily patient census averages 16-20
- 2 year guaranteed salary leading to partnership
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable
