Job description
A diverse, community-based healthcare organization with 501 (c) (3) nonprofit status is adding a Family Medicine Physician. We are recognized as a national model and named one of the top five health centers in the nation for excellence in cultural competency.
About the Position
- Outpatient position with a multicultural community health center
- A team of 8 Providers, including Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- See 2-3 patients per hour
- 1:1 MA
- EPIC EMR
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole is a plus, but not required

- Received top-level, Level 3 recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Providing patient-focused, high-quality, and coordinated care
