Full-Time | Outpatient | Hospital-Employed

BAS Healthcare is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Thorntown, Indiana, due to continued community growth and patient demand.

This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, strong administrative support, and the ability to build a rewarding, community-focused practice in a welcoming setting just outside the Indianapolis metro area.

Position Highlights

  • 100% Outpatient Family Medicine

  • Monday–Friday schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Average patient volume: 16–20 patients per day

  • Shared call: Approximately 1:10–12

  • Hospital-employed position

  • EMR: Meditech Expanse

  • Teaching opportunities available with Marian University, if desired
