This regional medical complex serves a population of approximately 30,000 in the area. The facility features a multi-specialty clinic with an adjacent 30-bed hospital that includes a Level I Nursery and is designated as a Level IV Trauma center and certified Stroke Ready facility.
Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine with Surgical OB
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine services with Obstetrics (0.6 - 1.0 FTE) • Perform surgical obstetrics including C-sections (required) • Join a team covering approximately 250 births annually at the Baby Friendly hospital • Work with remote fetal monitoring capabilities • Collaborate with a robust multi-specialty team including 9 Family Medicine physicians, 4 advanced practitioners, and specialists in multiple disciplines • Benefit from integrated Behavioral Health, on-site Chronic Disease Management nursing support, and 24/7 Nurse Online Triage • Utilize comprehensive on-site services including laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, cancer center, and more • Work with EPIC electronic health record system integrated with the Essentia system • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine • OB Fellowship opportunity available through Essentia Health • Call required as part of practice responsibilities • Serve a community of 9,000 residents with a broader service area of 30,000
