An integrated, community-based health system centered around a 154-bed hospital in south central Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine Physician. They have a network of more than 20 locations across central Connecticut.
Practice Details
- Total outpatient
- NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home
- Five-day work week with shared call coverage
- Fully integrated EMR

- Base salary plus productivity and quality bonuses
