Job Details:
• Full-time position with 36 patient contact hours per week, averaging 16-20 patients per day • Phone-only call rotation at 1:14 ratio with no outreach requirements • Join a growing practice with an established patient base and room to expand • Work in a team-oriented culture providing high-quality, community-based care • Access to a wide range of medical and surgical specialties within the network • Benefit from strong mentorship from experienced team members • Utilize modern tools including EPIC, DAX, and POCUS to streamline care and improve efficiency • Opportunity to be part of a generational transition, blending experienced providers with new practitioners • Participate in a physician-led system with opportunities for professional growth and development • Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages
