Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana, FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is looking for a family medicine physician to replace another provider who had to stop practicing due to a health concern.

Opportunity Highlights

• The position would involve 35 patient contact hours per week
• Work in a small group setting.
• Strictly outpatient position.
• Administrative responsibilities can be taken care of from home. Most physicians see patients 4 days per week
• 1:12 phone call, call scheduled with nurse triage

Financial Package

• Solid base salary with financial potential in the $300K range.
