The facility offers comprehensive services with on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers, and sports medicine, creating an integrated healthcare experience for patients.

**Job Details:**
• Join a thriving practice as an enthusiastic team player passionate about patient care and the Northland region • Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians with dedicated support staff • Be part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MDs, APs, RNs, CAs, and other support staff • Foster a culture of patient-centered care and staff resilience • Benefit from an established patient base with opportunity to grow your practice • Anticipated schedule: Monday to Friday with 36 patient contact hours • Flexible shifts with clinic hours 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday) • Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI technology for enhanced efficiency • Digital X-Ray with rapid results • Light call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only) • Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0 • Optional OB and newborn nursery care (in hospital) • Position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions, professional development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement
