This established healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive health network that includes 30 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area. The organization promotes a culture of trust, respect, and teamwork with a collaborative approach to patient and family-centered care. The facility has six locations throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area, offering multiple practice development opportunities.

Opportunity:

Family Medicine - no OB. This position offers the chance to lead a collaborative Care Team working with MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive primary care services. Physicians have access to numerous Medical/Surgical specialties locally within the network.

Job Details:

• Full-time position consists of 32-36 patient contact hours weekly
• Average patient load of 16-20 patients per day
• Rotating after-hours call schedule
• Opportunities for physicians desiring to perform office procedures
• Work as the leader of a comprehensive Care Team
• Focus on providing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine required

Compensation:
