Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: No inpatient rounding required, with a full admin day and flexible clinic hours
• Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital-employed practice. You set your own patient volume and income.
• Ideal Work Environment: Join an established clinic team: multiple MD's, a PA, and a full support staff of MAs, an RN, and an LPN.
• Favorable Call Schedule: FPOBs typically deliver their own patients. Hospitalists cover all general inpatient care and an after-hours RN triage and telemedicine service is active.

• Professional Growth Opportunities: Build the practice you want. Procedures are available but not required, and you have flexibility on patient populations/demographics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary guaranteed, with room for renegotiation available after Year 2
• Performance Bonus: RVU production bonus on top of base
• Sign-On Bonus: Ranges based on contract length, starting at $25,000

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board-eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Licensure: Active IN license or ability to obtain one
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians; C-section experience or fellowship preferred
• Sponsorship: Able to sponsor J1 and H1b
