Job description
A physician-owned, mission-driven medical group in Denver, Colorado is adding a few Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physicians to their team of dedicated professionals. You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.
Highlights
- Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
- Round on patients in skilled nursing, acute care, and long term care facilities
- Travel between multiple facilities as needed; reliable transportation required
- See 18 patients per day
- Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
- Minimal rotating weekend and holiday call duties – NO night call
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range is $275,000 – $300,000 plus performance bonuses
