Geriatrician Opening at Boston Area PACE Program – Loan Repay Available

An Established, nationally recognized PACE program with 35+ years of history is adding a Physician trained in either Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine. Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical and functional needs enrolled in our nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

About the Opportunity:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
• Provide primary care services to frail participants enrolled in the PACE program
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Named by the Boston Globe as "Top Places To Work
• Panel size is approximately 80
• Call is once every 12-16 weeks
• Mission-driven, team-oriented environment
• Considering candidates with board certification in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Experience caring for older adults or medically complex populations preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred, however, not required

Compensation and benefits:

• Robust salary and benefits package
• Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs
• $3,000 annual Staff Development Fund
• CME time, 1 week per year
