Physician - EndocrinologyJob Details:
- 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
- Manage a broad spectrum of general endocrinology conditions including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and metabolic bone disease
- Collaborative, team-based approach focused on diabetes education, prevention, and long-term wellness
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and Advanced Practice Provider support
- EPIC electronic medical record system utilized across the healthcare network
- Large internal referral network from one of Connecticut's largest integrated healthcare systems
- Opportunities to collaborate with specialists in radiology, nuclear medicine, endocrine surgery, oncology, molecular diagnostics, and primary care
- Strong physician leadership with opportunities for mentorship, teaching, and professional growth
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology required
- Must be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
- Must be eligible for DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance registration
