We are building a Diabetes Center of Excellence to join a Not-for-Profit Health system seeking two Endocrinologists for an all-outpatient practice.
Position Details:
- Hospital-based clinic located in Neenah, Wisconsin
- 36 contact hours per week, flexible with schedule (4 or 5-day work week)
- 100% outpatient clinic model with a high volume of patients that grew 12% last year
- Patient population: 60% diabetes management and 40% thyroid/endocrine
Income/Benefit Details:
- Leading compensation with Health/Dental/Vision/Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance
- Sign-On Bonus of $75,000
- PTO: 35 days inclusive of vacation, holidays, and CME
- CME of $4,500 a year
- Retirement Plans – 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution
- Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund
- Licensing/Board Fees reimbursement
