Job description
We are seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for three openings at a community hospital in Bellevue, Ohio. This medium-acuity ED offers independent contractor flexibility, AI-assisted documentation, and a supportive team with a hands-on medical director.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- 11 ED beds
- Acuity: medium
- 12-hour physician shifts (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
- Daily APC support
- EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation and AI-assisted documentation
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $215/hour for day shifts; $225/hour for night shifts
- Rates can increase up to $240-$250/hour
- Independent contractor (1099) position
- Sign-on bonus available; relocation support
- Malpractice coverage with tail included
- CME allowance and development resources
- Clinician wellness program and backing from a national emergency medicine network
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred
- Active or obtainable Ohio medical license
- EM residency training preferred
