Tim Kubacki leads a group of the most talented healthcare search teams in the nation. His background with quality and process improvement has allowed him to be extremely effective at each search he has accepted. Over Emerald’s almost two decades, Tim’s specialty areas have ranged throughout healthcare and include Chief Medical Officers (CMO), Medical leadership, Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners..
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a MBA from Cleveland State University. His areas of study were in business management, psychology and communications. He is a trainer in Quality and uses this process to help improve customer service for clients ranging from medical practices, outpatient clinics and hospitals to healthcare outsourcing and consulting. Tim has extensive experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques and has conducted numerous regional and national salary surveys. His experience in these areas provides each of his clients with enhanced screening and ensures a high level of cultural and functional fit for each selected candidate.
Before joining Emerald Resource Group, Tim held the position as Lead Recruiter of a major university organization. Tim currently serves as a Senior Practice Leader for Emerald Resource Group’s healthcare division and leads the charge in the dynamic and growing market of healthcare. With a primary focus on those hard-to-fill searches requiring unique specialty training and certifications, he helps organizations find talent they wouldn’t normally find through their own network. Over the past decade Emerald's specific focus has been on Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Medical Leadership, Physician, Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner searches. In addition to single position placements, he has helped build / rebuild divisions, departments and, most recently, a new primary care national medical practice.
