This regional hospital serves as a vital healthcare resource for the local community, providing essential emergency medical services in central Texas. The facility features a 10-bed emergency department with a supportive environment focused on delivering quality patient care.

Opportunity:

Physician - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

  • Provide comprehensive emergency medicine services with approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
  • Must hold an active Texas medical license
  • Board certification required at the Certified level
  • Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
  • Locum Tenens engagement with an estimated credentialing timeframe of 2 days
  • Work within a 10-bed emergency department
  • Note that 24-hour support services such as anesthesia, surgical specialties, radiology, and laboratory are not available on-site
  • No newborn deliveries received in the ED and no L&D department on-site

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
