Local Team Collaboration:

• This role provides the unique ability to shape strategic direction, cultivate a high-performance culture, and drive clinical and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Director candidates: ABEM certification required.
• At least one year of director and associate director experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 24 hours of physician coverage.
• Flexible scheduling is available. Shifts are 12 hours in length.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-quality patient care in a 15-bed emergency department with approximately 9,000 annual visits and an 18% admission rate.
• Partner with a robust team of subspecialty professionals and utilize advanced imaging services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Lead in quality to help our hospital achieve excellence across the ED care experience.
