Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Carrollton, GA & Villa Rica, GA

Job Overview:
A well-established, physician-owned Emergency Medicine group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join their team. This 24-physician private practice has proudly served the community for over 30 years and offers a clear partnership track with excellent earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1: $325,000 salary

• Year 2: $350,000 salary

• Partnership beginning Year 3 with average earnings of $450,000

• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• $50,000 starting bonus

• Up to $14,000 relocation assistance

• Full benefits package and malpractice coverage provided

Schedule:

• 16 shifts per month

• 8-hour shifts

• Predominantly day shifts (approx. 14 days / 2 nights per month)

• Dedicated nocturnist coverage in place

Practice Details:

• 24-physician, 100% democratic group

• Full partnership after Year 2

• Works across two facilities:

  • Carrollton ED: 40 beds | ~65,000 annual visits

  • Villa Rica ED: 36 beds | ~45,000 annual visits

• Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers

• Supported by experienced NP/PA staff

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• Must be EM-trained
