Join Penn Dermatology’s newest community site, Penn Medicine Montgomeryville, backed by one of the country’s top academic dermatology departments. Penn Dermatology is also hiring at its three established Philadelphia practices with opportunity to practice at multiple sites.

Penn Dermatology, the first academic dermatology department in the country, is at the forefront of cutting-edge medical care by integrating exceptional patient care, innovative research, and outstanding dermatology training, within a highly collegial environment.
Position Highlights
- Penn Medicine Montgomeryville offers a brand-new office with a dedicated Mohs suite and in-house laser equipment
- Outpatient only, weekday schedule, and no call at the community site
- Choice of pure clinical track or academic appointment
- Warm referral base from a large, well-established health system
- Uncapped, collections-based or wRVU compensation structure
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + uncapped production bonus
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- Up to $3,000 reimbursement for board exam costs (new grads welcome)
Qualifications
- MD, MD/PhD, or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
